How do I delete my account?

We'll delete data collected for reasons other than providing a financial product/service, such as for marketing. We won't delete data that's essential to operating your account, or that we're required or permitted to keep under federal laws governing financial institutions Requesting to delete data won't delete or deactivate your account.

Why we collect data

We collect personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including so that we can deliver financial services, provide content that's more relevant to you, and to comply with applicable laws and regulations. We don't sell your personal information.

You can request to close your account. Please submit a ticket, though our support. Please choose option as "Delete Request" provide your account email, account phone, subject as "Account Deletion Request" along with description explain the reason for account closure. We cannot delete accounts that have a remaining balance. We ask that you transfer all your remaining balance out before submitting a request.
